(Hood) 11 : 28

He said: "Oh my people have you considered if I am upon Clear Evidence from my Lord and He is giving me Mercy from Him, but it has been made blind upon you, should we compel It upon you while you are hating it?

Verses 43:74-78 say: “Indeed, the Mujirims will remain in the punishment of Hell forever; it will not be eased for them and they will feel confounded in It, and We have not done any injustice to them, but they were the wrongdoers. They will call the Angel Malik (Guard of Hell): ‘Oh Malik! May your Lord put an end to us’? Malik will reply: ‘Indeed, you should stay in it forever; verily We had come to you with the Truth, but most among you were hating the Truth’.”

There is no compulsion in religion, as explained in verse 2:256. The upright way and crooked ways are differentiated by codifying Adhikr. So, whoever holds fast to It, he did hold fast to Lord Allah and is guided into the Straightpath, as explained in verses 3:101 and 4:175. See explanation 3:56; 4:56, and 9:58-59.
